How to Create and Use Webstories in Your Website

Webové příběhy are a great way to present mobile-friendly, interactive content using slides. These are ideal for product showcases, promotions, restaurant menus, and visual storytelling.

1. Creating a New Web Story

1. Open the CMS Dashboard.
2. Klikněte na Stories (Pro feature only).
3. Klikněte Add New Story.
4. Enter a Story Name (the slug is auto-generated).
5. Add an optional Description.
6. Klikněte Uložit změny.

Your new story will now appear in the Stories List, where you can:

✔ Edit – Customize slides and content.

✔ Duplikát – Create a copy for future use.

✔ Náhled – See how it looks before publishing.

✔ Vymazat – Remove a story permanently.

2. Editing & Adding Slides to Your Story

Adding Pre-Made Story Slides

1. Klikněte Edit on your story.
2. Klikněte Add New Slide at the bottom.
3. Select a Pre-Made Story Layout from the Story Block Manager.
4. Vybrat Replace Global Styling to match the selected template.
5. Repeat the process to add more slides.

Creating Custom Slides

1. Klikněte Add New Slide.
2. Vybrat Blank Slide.
3. Použijte Elements Drawer to add:

1. Klikněte Publikovat to make the story live.

• On desktop, you can click through slides.
• On mobile, swiping left/right will navigate the story.

• Press F12 on your keyboard to open the Developer Tools.
• Klikněte na Device Toolbar and select a mobile device preview.

Since Web Stories function like regular pages, you can:

• Add them to your navigation menu.
