1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of Netjet.io ("we," "us," or "our") AI Website Generator and AI Website Builder services ("Services")/("Account") is subject to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").These terms apply to the use of the domain name and also extend to the company that owns the domain name. By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our Services. These Terms are effective upon account creation, website builder usage, or subscription creation.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. We remain the right to access, edit, login or delete your Netjet.io account anytime we see fit.

3.2 Prohibited Activities You agree not to:

Use our Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose. Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer our Services. Use our Services to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or unsolicited communications. Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Terms

By subscribing to our Services or creating an account, you agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined on our website. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified) and will automatically renew unless you email Us and request to permanently delete your Netjet.io Account.

4.2 Cancellation and Unpausing

If you cancel or pause your subscription, it will be restarted automatically, unless you email Us requesting to permanently delete your Account, and your payment method will be charged accordingly. Additionally, We will create paid subscriptions at the end of free trails & coupons. To stop payments in full, you must email us requesting to permanently delete your Netjet.io Account.

4.3 Payment Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods on file with us and/or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel.

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Data Usage

We reserve the right to share and sell your data with whoever we want, unless required by law or under extreme pressure from legal authorities.

5.2 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for any breach of security beyond our reasonable control. If we are hacked and your data is taken or your accounts are tampered with, we hold no liability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our Services are the property of Netjet.io or our licensors. You agree not to use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netjet.io and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the use or inability to use our Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (iv) any hacking or other security intrusion that results in the compromise of your data or account; or (v) any other matter relating to our Services. We hold no liability for anything that happens to this company, including its dissolution or any other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Netjet.io and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Somalia, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
