How to Preview, Publish & Update

Save as Draft

• When you create a new page, you will notice in the options toolbar at the bottom right corner that it is listed as "Save Draft."
• This means that only you can view this page.
• If your domain is already live, visitors will not be able to see this page while it remains in draft mode.

Publishing a Page

• To make the page publicly available, select the options on the right-hand side of the toolbar.
• A list of options will appear—select "Publish Page."
• Once published, the button will change to say "Update."
• This means that any future changes made to the page will need to be saved by selecting "Update."

Previewing the Page

• To see how the page will appear to visitors, select the "Preview" button next to "Update."
• This will open a new tab in your browser, displaying the page as it currently is.

Making and Saving Changes

• Scroll down to the section you want to modify.
• Use the block options to edit or remove content (e.g., deleting a section by selecting the trash can icon).
• Once you make any changes, the "Update" button will be highlighted, indicating unsaved changes.
• Save changes by selecting "Update" or using the shortcut key:
• Windows: Ctrl + S
• Mac: Command + S
• After updating, you can preview the page again to see the latest version.

Reverting to Draft

• If you want to remove the page from public view and revert it to draft mode, go to the options toolbar.
• Select "Options" and switch the page back to "Draft."

Following these steps ensures your website remains up-to-date while allowing you to control what is visible to visitors.
