How to Use System Pages in Your Website

System Pages are essential for handling maintenance mode, error pages, and restricted access. These pages ensure a professional user experience when a page is unavailable or requires restricted access.


1. Accessing System Pages

  1. Open the CMS Dashboard.
  2. Click on Project Settings (bottom left corner).
  3. Select System Pages from the top toolbar.


2. Types of System Pages

There are five system pages available:


  1. Coming Soon Displays a "Coming Soon" page before launch Building a new website
  2. Maintenance Mode Shows a message while the site is being updated Website updates in progress
  3. 404 Page (Not Found) Displays when a page does not exist Broken links or deleted pages
  4. Protected Project Restricts access to authorized users only Members-only or private sites
  5. Reset Password Provides a password reset form for users Login-based websites 3.


Enabling & Customizing System Pages

  1. Activate a system page by toggling it ON.
  2. Click Edit Page to customize it in the Builder.
  3. Modify the text, design, and layout to match your brand.
  4. (Optional) Delete default blocks and build a custom design.
  5. Click Save & Publish to apply changes.
