How to Collaborate on Website Design

Collaboration is essential when co-designing a website or working with a client. The Collaboration Tool allows team members to review, leave feedback, and track changes without directly editing the site.

1. Accessing the Collaboration Tool

  1. Open the CMS Dashboard-
  2. คลิก ร่วมมือ (found in the left sidebar, under Global Styling).
  3. This opens a new instance of your page as an image—no actual editing can be done here.

2. Adding Comments & Feedback

  1. Click anywhere on the page where you want to add feedback.
  2. Type your comment or request (e.g., "Change this to a profile pic").
  3. Select who can see it (All Members or a Specific Person-
  4. คลิก Comment to save it.

3. Managing Comments

  • Team members can reply, edit, or delete comments.
  • Once a task is completed, click Resolved to mark it as done.
  • ใช้ "Hide Resolved" (bottom left) to show only active comments.

4. Reviewing Across Devices

  • Switch between Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile views to ensure responsiveness.
  • Each device loads in a new instance, allowing comments specific to that view.

5. Returning to the Builder

Once feedback has been addressed:

  1. คลิก Edit Page (top right).
  2. The Builder will reopen, allowing you to make the necessary changes.

6. Why Use the Collaboration Tool?
