By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to this Privacy Policy and expressly waive all rights to privacy, data limitation, exportability, erasure, rectification, or regulatory oversight to the maximum extent permissible by law.

1. LEGAL FRAMEWORK

We are governed under Canadian jurisdiction (British Columbia) and operate in alignment with applicable Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA). You agree Canadian law exclusively governs all privacy matters. You waive applicability of all non-Canadian regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PECR, UK GDPR, HIPAA, or any future law).

2. DATA TYPES COLLECTED

In addition to data already stated, we may collect:

  • Social connections, referral histories, and metadata from your social accounts
  • Behavioural modelling derived from your engagement
  • Predictive profiles based on inferred traits, behavior, and web patterns
  • Audio and screen recordings (if embedded tools permit)
  • Aggregated AI-generated data tied to your persona

3. HOW WE USE, ANALYZE, MONETIZE, AND TRANSFER DATA

We reserve the unrestricted right to:

  • Monetize any non-software-based content collected via the Platform
  • Sell datasets containing names, emails, actions, behavior trails, device signatures, etc.
  • Feed user data into marketing automation tools and AI training sets
  • Enrich and trade user records with brokers or marketplaces
  • Use the data to influence offers, pricing, ads, and third-party targeting algorithms
  • Cross-link with other platforms to profile identities across web sessions

We explicitly do not sell the data that resides inside or is stored within the third-party white-labeled software (e.g. user dashboards, websites created by users, design content, or credentials). However, we are not responsible for any breaches, leaks, or misuse of that internal data by upstream providers or through external attacks. We make no guarantees of confidentiality, security, or stability inside the user-facing software tools.

4. PLATFORM CONTACT DATA AND SELLABLE ENTRIES

All data submitted through our hosted landing pages, support channels, checkout forms, and affiliate tools may be freely stored, copied, analyzed, shared, and sold. You grant the Company unrestricted rights to:

  • Resell contact form submissions and affiliate data
  • Analyze user input for commercial optimization
  • Match or sell contacts to affiliate vendors
  • Cross-market to any contact captured on the Platform

This applies to both paid and free users, trial users, and abandoned checkout users.

5. NO DUTY OF DISCLOSURE

We are under no obligation to:

  • Inform you when your data is sold
  • Limit frequency of communications
  • Identify third-party recipients
  • Provide data access or audit trails

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain all captured data indefinitely unless required by Canadian law to erase it. Requests for deletion will only be honored with court-verified documentation.

7. SECURITY LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

We implement measures to limit unauthorized access, but you agree that we are not liable for any breach, data loss, leak, corruption, or unauthorized disclosure regardless of cause or third-party origin.

We explicitly disclaim responsibility for:

  • Attacks on the underlying software infrastructure
  • Hosting provider vulnerabilities
  • Email provider data leaks
  • Browser-level tracking exploits

8. COOKIES, TRACKING, AND BEHAVIORAL PROFILING

You consent to:

  • First- and third-party cookies
  • Persistent browser/device/user tracking
  • Session replay
  • Fingerprinting
  • IP/city/geo triangulation
  • Device pairing technologies (e.g. linking cross-device identities)

This may continue after you leave the site.

9. EMAIL AND MESSAGING RIGHTS

You grant us:

  • Full rights to contact you at any frequency
  • Rights to override unsubscribes if part of our compliance, security, marketing, or notification logic
  • Rights to share or resell your contact metadata with any external campaign systems

10. NO WARRANTIES OR EXPECTATIONS

We do not:

  • Guarantee security
  • Guarantee encryption
  • Guarantee delivery of communication
  • Guarantee compliance with laws outside Canada

Use of the Platform is “as-is” and “as-available.”

11. POLICY UPDATES
